This Audi A6 came to us for a Stage 1 remap with no hardware mods.Stock it produced 322PS and 646Nm.With our custom ECU & TCU remap it is now producing 403PS

Thick black smoke is normally caused by too much fuel or Not enough air so I would be looking at the intake system for any cracks or splits in pipes especially around the intercooler. There is a really handy tool that pumps smoke into the intake which shows leaks really easily. I am sure BiTDi with custom remap will easily run above 400hp without any issues. 2. I do lot of motorway miles due to work so mpg is more or less the same but performance is like day and night. 1. I went with custom remap by @bobby singh. cmiLHd.
